Doug Burger Realty Group, is comprised of a select group of highly productive, motivated and dedicated real estate specialists. They are all full time professionals, with experience. While some production members (Independent Contractors) maintain a primary specialty of working with predominantly Buyers, or Sellers, each is free to, and well trained to, put together real estate transactions for both buyers and sellers, as in virtually every traditional real estate company.

In addition, some agents choose to practice additional specialties such as First Time Homebuyers, Luxury Homes, FSBO’s, Expireds, Short Sales, Land, Military, etc. The Company supports such specialties with specific training materials, presentation materials, online systems, marketing systems, niche web sites and landing pages.

While the traditional aspects of a real estate company are found here, Doug Burger Realty Group is totally unique, and progressive, in many ways. The company is owned and operated by one of the most experienced, and productive, real estate professionals ever to become an owner/broker in the Thurston County area. During his peak selling career, Doug was ranked in first place amongst thousands of RE/MAX agents, throughout a four state region, and his team was in the top 100 RE/MAX teams in the nation. Having achieved his personal sales goals, Doug has turned his efforts towards assisting a small group of select agents, in achieving their own high levels of success in the real estate business.

Doug conducts business, and services, for the Independent Contractors associated with Doug Burger Realty Group, very different than any other broker in the Thurston County/Dupont area. While most real estate companies provide a place to work, and provide some common support services, such as a front desk receptionist, office manager, some training, etc., Doug Burger Realty Group goes well beyond the norm, by providing an abundance of tools, resources, hardware, software, training, support staff, and hundreds of prospects, and ready to go listing customers, so as to help the agents stay focused on production. No longer do the agents have to worry about purchasing computers, software, and maintaining their technology systems. No longer do they need to spend time, and money, trying to maintain that competitive edge. No longer do they have to figure out which contact management, transaction management, or lead management system to use, and then purchase it themselves, and pay the ongoing fees associated with most of them. No longer do they wish they could spend the thousands of dollars each month on the best, and exclusive, lead generation and pay per click systems available. All of this is provided by Doug Burger Realty Group. In addition, no longer do they need to hire assistants to help them process their listings, and transactions. No longer do they need to wonder when that next customer, or prospect, is going to contact them. Again, all this is provided by Doug Burger Realty Group. In short, Doug Burger Realty Group takes away the ancillary parts of the business from the agents, so they can focus almost 100% of their time on working with clients, and putting together more real estate transactions. In addition, while many top agents, as Doug found, spend upwards of 50% or more of their gross dollar production in business expenses, Doug Burger Realty Group takes on the lions share of those expenses, so the agents can end up with more take home pay.

While many broker/owners are also focused on their own production, and limit their availability for support, the Broker of Doug Burger Realty Group does not sell, or list, and is available seven days a week, ten to eleven hours a day. His vast amount of repeat, and referral business, is all turned over to his agents. His typical work week is Sunday through Friday 8AM to 7PM, Saturdays from 9AM to 6PM, and Sundays from 9AM to 6PM. His sole purpose is to make sure the agents have what they need to succeed. Not only does he provide them with the tools, technology, resources, training materials and staffing to succeed, he also focuses a huge amount of his time, and financial resources, on bringing in dozens of leads to each agent on a monthly basis. While maintaining numerous lead sources such as HomeGain, Number1Expert, dozens of company web sites, etc., he has purchased the exclusive rights to the most productive, and quality, lead generation systems available.   On average, Doug hands out over three hundred leads per month to his agents. And, overall, these leads are of much higher caliber than the typical internet lead. Two of his most productive systems are exclusive to Doug Burger Realty Group throughout Thurston County and the Dupont/Ft. Lewis areas. Many more new,   exciting, and exclusive systems will be rolling out for a few lucky agents throughout the balance of 2008 and 2009. Local, targeted, demographic marketing is currently in the works that will normally cost each agent over $500 per month, but will be supplied, free of charge, by the company. Doug not only focuses on bringing in a huge, steady stream of immediate business, but also focuses on helping his agents develop long term, repeat, and referral business.

The compensation schedule is also progressive and unique. Doug believes that the more you produce, the higher your split should be, and that there needs to be a cap on what the company earns. As such, agents at Doug Burger Realty Group can work their way up to as high as a 95% split and make hundreds of thousands of dollars.  

Agents at Doug Burger Realty Group truly have the best of both worlds. Not only do they have a traditional real estate company that encourages and supports their own efforts to bring in business, they also have the huge advantage of receiving dozens, and dozens, of company leads, on a monthly basis, through a typical real estate "team" structure. As such, agents at Doug Burger Realty Group have the opportunity to earn vastly more income than they would, normally, without the company support, tools, systems and leads provided. This also tends to smooth out the highs, and lows, of the real estate business. As an agent becomes super busy with their own business, they may opt to not take company leads, and increase their split ratio. As things slow down, they can opt to revert to the ever increasing source of leads, provided by the company. As the real estate business experiences highs, and lows, agents at Doug Burger Realty Group have an advantage over every other agent in the area. They continue to receive business, long after many agents are forced into early retirement. Oh, and we forgot to mention that long distance fees are a thing of the past. The entire office has a state of the art Covad VOIP system with online interface, and access to manage call routings, voicemails, etc.
