Not all agents are up to working in such a fast paced environment, and dealing with, literally, hundreds of clients. However, Doug Burger Realty Group only needs to find a two more, that are capable, have the desire, and have the work ethic to maintain a consistently high level of production.
With the systems we have in place now, and those Doug is developing, and implementing, over the next couple of years, the brokerage could well support thirty to forty agents.
However, we are capping the total number of agents that choose to participate in our lead generation, and support systems, at twelve. Doug enjoys working with each, and every, agent to help them achieve ever higher levels of production, and satisfaction, with the real estate business. Any more than twelve, and he wouldn't be able to provide the individual mentoring the agents have come to enjoy.
